This is an original ~5” x 3” watercolor painting on hand-deckled Arches paper, float-mounted in a 5”x 7” wood frame. The palm pattern on the mat is handpainted and gives an extra layer of contrast to the painting. This bright flamingo is guaranteed to add a joyful moment to any room.

This painting is based off an image of Betty the flamingo, who lived to be 67 and died in 2022. She was the oldest living Caribbean Flamingo in North America (she lived at the Smithsonian National Zoo.)

This 5” x 7” frame can be either hung or displayed on tabletop.
